Yin Yang Workshop – Balance

In this workshop we will learn about masculine and feminine energies and what is our authentic core and how to get back to it. How can we use Yin and Yang energy in our lives and in what areas. We will also learn about the importance and benefits of nutrition, hydration and exercise. We will also look at different breathing techniques for us to achieve balance.
